BCA is Seeking an Executive Director

Badlands Conservation Alliance, A Voice For Wild North Dakota Places, with a volunteer board of passionate Wilderness enthusiasts, seeks a full time manager to lead our staff-driven nonprofit organization into the future. The successful applicant will know what is expected of a nonprofit executive director, including experience in fundraising, membership and board recruitment, public relations and technology skills. Love for, and knowledge of, the North Dakota Badlands, is a plus. Office located in Bismarck. Some in-state travel necessary, almost all west. Salary range is $60-75,000. Benefits in addition to salary will be negotiable, depending on success in fundraising and membership recruitment.
